Is Forgiveness Truly Deserved?

A young woman aborts her baby to avoid the social stigma of being an unwed mother. Honestly I do not believe she should be forgiven. A life is a life no matter how small, and everyone deserves a chance to live for her to take that chance from someone by getting an abortion; she is deeming them unworthy of life, therefore she is unworthy of forgiveness. If she could lay down and have sex with out being married she should atleast have the baby and if she did not think she could be a mother she could give the baby up for adoption. If she was raped, she still should have the decency to go through with the pregnancy and give the baby a chance at life.

The Titanic - Sinking Ship

April 15th, 1912 the Titanic sank; Many were lost most of them being men. I survived, my head trudging above the icy water until I was found. I was almost one of the unlucky souls who never saw land again. There were many people to blame if you wanted someone to blame. I believe everyone was just fighting to stay alive. The men who were blamed did not purposely set out to have so many lives lost. Captain Smith was one of the people taking on the blame of so many lives lost, I beleive this man should be forgiven and does not deserve the hatred some feel towards him. He may have been partialy liable but this is no reason to want his head on a stake. Yes, those people did not deserve to die, but the blame is mutual and can be shared among many.
